Eugenia is a young lawyer who joined our firm as a Pupil in December 2022 and has since been retained as an Associate. She is a highly motivated legal professional with a strong interest in maritime law and international commercial law, which has led her to specialize in maritime law and international commercial law. She is committed to influencing reforms and making a significant impact in the maritime industry. With a strong educational background, including a Qualifying Law Certificate from the prestigious Ghana School of Law, an LLM in Maritime Law/International Commercial Law from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Ghana, she possesses a solid foundation in legal knowledge. Her professional journey has provided her with diverse experiences, including interning at the Court Kanashie District Court, where she gained valuable insights into the judicial system. Furthermore, her experience as a Paralegal at the Legal Department of Agricultural Development Bank involved researching cases, following up on court proceedings, and maintaining proper records. She also had the opportunity to share her knowledge as a Commercial Law Lecturer at Mountcrest University College. Throughout her career, she has developed key competencies, including analytical skills, consultative abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and strong oral communication. She thrives in team-oriented environments and is known for her leadership skills and results. Her long-term ambition is to become a key player in the maritime industry, actively shaping reforms and advancements in the industry. She is passionate about using her legal knowledge and maritime experience to drive innovation and foster positive change in the maritime industry.
