Senior Attorney

Dionne studied law at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (K.N.U.S.T) and the Ghana School Of Law (Accra), obtaining both an LLB (Bachelors of Laws) and BL(Baccalaureate), respectively. She later went on to The George Washington University where she obtained an LLM.(“Master of Laws”) in Business and Finance law in the US. She subsequently passed her New York bar exam in the State of New York and has been admitted as an attorney-at-law to the Supreme Court of New York since 2016. She is also licensed to practice law in Ghana and is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, since 2014. In addition to this activity, Dionne is a licensed real estate broker, entrepreneur, author, consultant and philanthropist. Dionne also operates a Non Profit Organization, The Nzuri Uhai Foundation, whose main aim is to empower women and girls to transcend the limits of society and instill in them the confidence and skills they need to build themselves a better life. She is an entrepreneur and is the CEO & Founder of NzuRai, a leading leadership development brand for women, committed to helping women unleash the leaders within by providing them with the training, skills and expertise they need to create the lives they desire. She is married with two children. As an attorney, Dionne is expert in legalities that lie at the heart of transactions. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and she is meticulous about her work. She is also very service oriented and creative, which enables her to help clients expand their vision and see more possibilities than they previously thought possible. Her passion is female empowerment, and her mission is to help women develop skills, create and execute on their plans and gain the tangible strategies they need to succeed with their businesses and lives.
