Lucille Hewlett Annan was called to the Ghana Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana in 2018. She holds a Qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law, a Master of Philosophy from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Law (LL. B) degree from the Faculty of Law and Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree (First Class) in History with Religions from the University of Ghana. Lucille is a Lawyer and a Civic Educator and has a vast experience in Public Administration and Public Education. She is very passionate about family issues and an advocate for human rights especially child protection issues. She has received training in family welfare and child protection and a member of the Greater Accra Regional Child Protection Team. She has over 18 years’ experience in the Public Service and has risen to the highest level of Director and therefore is very conversant with Administrative Law and Human resource management. Lucille loves hanging out with friends and family and enjoys travelling.
